“Promoting Self-Discovery, The Formation of Long-Lasting Friendships, and Social Skills Development in Teens With Special Needs”
Friends Connect Foundation’s mission is to provide opportunities for individuals with special needs to develop bonds with local peers. Our programs assist participants in strengthening their social skills, increasing their self-esteem, and promoting their sense of belonging within the community. While it may be challenging for individuals with special needs to develop connections with others, our organization strives to foster supportive environments where participants can easily form relationships with members of the community.

Register adolescents with special needs and enthusiastic volunteers for events here!

Attend Events
Volunteers can attend unlimited events! Participants can apply to an unlimited amount of events. However, we have a priority system in place that generates a roster of accepted participants based on the amount of times a child has applied for, been accepted to, and attended events. Capacity for all programs are limited for safety, so spots fill up fast. Please join our newsletter today so you will know when our registration links will be available.

Get Paired Up
Participants are paired with at least one “Buddy” volunteers based on similar interests. The pairing process is held on the first day of a program.
